Use of the Platform is at your own risk. Where applicable, nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) that cannot legally be excluded.
By creating a profile, you acknowledge and agree that the information you submit (including your name, contact number, location/area, and trade/services) may be publicly visible and accessible.

Payments made for “Featured”, “Gold Status”, or similar promotional options are for advertising visibility only. DirectHire SA does not guarantee any specific number of leads, calls, messages, appointments, or jobs as a result of premium placement.
Unless required by law, premium fees are non-refundable once the promotion has been activated.
You agree not to use the Platform to post, transmit, or promote: illegal content, scams, harassment, hate speech, explicit adult services, weapons-related content, illegal substances, or any misleading or fraudulent listings.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove content, suspend users, or report unlawful activity to relevant authorities.
